"And So They Were Mairied," will sereen again at the Municipal Theatre to-mght. The firm js based on Saiah Aduington's widely-read "Good Housekeeping" magazine story. "Bless Their Hearts." It recounts the uproarious experiences of a renegade male and his woman-hating, ll-year-old son who are marooned in a mountain resovt in the company of a lovely lady who believes men are not only annoying but totally unnecessary. Also present is the woman's 9-year-old daughter, a fiery brat who is more spirited than her mothei in her aversion to the male specics. Agairwt their will, Miss Astor and Douglas find themselves falling in love. Aithough they can't help themselves, their children determine to end the romance. Amusing Bituations continue to develop as the children do everything in their power to achieve this end Nothing happena until Douglas by accident happens to give Mary's young daughter a sound spanking. Furious, Mary breaks the engageinent. From there on "And So They Were Married" swirls in a series of hilarious einsodee to a laugh-filled dimax. Elliott Nugent direeted from the screen story by A. Laurie Brazee, Doris Anderson and Joseph Anthony. The second attraction on the programme is the sparkling musical "Broadway Hostess,'» etarrlng Winifred Shaw, Lyle Talbot, Genevieve Tobin and Phil Regan.
