The Signs of dearer money and the balanee of trade Will be unfavourable and will tend to become worse. The Government is appealing to manufacturers busy with horae orders to give preferenee to export requirements. There is no apparent accumulation Of wool in European countries and keen potentiai demand exists in Italy and Germany. "
