Coronation Garb For British Troops (Received 29, 10.45 a.m.) RUGBY, Jan. 28. Production has started of the new blue army uniform which will be worn for the first time by the troops taking part in the Coronation eeremonials. About 50,000 regulaTS and territorials will be supplied With the uniform, the exception being^the Household Cavalfy and Guards, who Will retain their existing uniforms, and the Rifle Regiments, who will tevert to their dark green,
