PALMERSTON N., Last Night. The valuation of stock, implements and chattels in readiness for the Government' s taking over ; is proceeding at the Flock House estate. Naval relics there, including portion cf the launch of the ill-fated H.M.S. Hampshire and the steering wheel and engine-room telegraph of the battleship H.M.S. New Zeaiaiid, are stated to have been offered by tlie authorities to thc Dominion Museum
