The President has allotted 900.1300 dollars to be immediately available from the conservation funds to rescue work and Congress is prepared to rush through a 790,000,000 deficiency measure, all of which could be used for reEtoration in the area, whieh is already estimated to have suffered 300,000,000 dollars damage.
