Free Hand Given Under Settlement NEW C0MMISSI0NER GENEVA, Jau. 20. It is ezpeeted that the Bt, Hon, Anthony Eden will announee* the settleqient of the Danzig quegtion to-morrow. It is understood that Admiral de Grafl? (Holland) will replace Mr Sean Lester as High Commissioner. It is stated that the new agreement provides for apparent continuance of, the status quo but gives the Nazis a free hand concerning internal aflairs.
