Test Wicket Also Damp at Adelaide (Received 27, 8,45 a.m.)' ADELAIDE, Jan. 25. Eesumption of play was again de layed by rain and the ground was still waterlogged when the captains of tho English and South Australian teams inspeeted it at 12.30. They decided to make another inspection at 2.15 when the match was definitely abandoned. The Test wicket is damp, but thia is not expected to affeet the pitch fof the start of the game oa Friday ^
