HOSTILITY TO PREMIER
Japanese War Office Dislike TOKTO, Jan. 26. The Japanese War Office has issued a statement displaying Uncompromilsing hostility to General Ugaki, the new Premier. They say that if he forms a Cabinet nobody will accept the War Minister 's portfolio.
