STRAWBERRY CLOVER

Good Roadside Growth Strawberry clover is at present growing most profusely on the roadsides in the Whaierangi district, In places the pasture is like a heavy carpet with t^ie clover now being out in bloomv For stock travelling through the district in the course of long road journeys this pasture will alford mosti welcome feeding. Efforts have been made to establish strawberry clover in this district, but on an extensive scale the results have not been saifisfactory owing to the clover once fed off being slow at makv ing fresh growth.
