YOUNG WOMAN INJURED
Broken Leg and Cut on Throat FOUND IN BED OF CREEK , Miss Vera Kemp, of Woodville, aged 19, who arrived in Porangahau on Sunday morning to stay with Mr and Mrs Milliken, was found later by Mr. Milliken in the bed of a deep creek. She was suffering from a broken leg and a cut on the throat and was taken to the Waipukurau District Hospital,
