Partial Agreement With Employers

WELLINGTON, Jan. 25. After an all-day session at a Conciliation Council meeting to-daj insurance office workers and employers failed to agree on hours and wages, and these were referred to the Arbitration Couri. It was agreed that employees having 13 years' service should have three weeks' annual holiday. Overtime conditions were settled and it was agreed that industrial supervisors should receive £5 a week, annual holidays in aeeordance with the award and be union members but DOt otherwise be bound by the conditions of the award.
