Miss Phil Ellis, who has been spending4 seyeral weekS' holiddy in the South lsiand, has returned to Kopua. Mrs. Hector Thompson, Napier, is on a visit to her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. Ellis, Kopua. Mr H. Hawke, Postal Supervisor at Tauranga, has been appointed to the vacancy created by the transf er of Mr. W, A. Sawyer, postmaster at Waipawa, to Marton. Mr. Sawyer _ will take up liis new duties as from Mouday next.
