Mrs. C. Rqst and Miss J. Rust are at present on a visit to Waipawa reuewin- old friendships. Miss M. Miller, Hastings, is at present visiting Waipawa. Mr. L. K. Bennett, Palmerston North, is spending a holiday at South Norsewood with Mr. aud Mrs. P. Bennett Mrs. W. Bishop, Napier, is spending a holiday in Norsewood as the guest of Mr. and Mrs. M. Walsh, Garfield. Mr. Joe .Roulston, , Tauranga, is visiting Ormondville, being the guest- of Mr. and Mrs. Ellis> Kopua, Mr. and Mrs. Moon, , Stratford, and daughter, are on & visit to Ormond- • ville, as the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Joe -Howes. Miss Phil Ellis, who has been spending4 seyeral weekS' holiddy in the South lsiand, has returned to Kopua. Mrs. Hector Thompson, Napier, is on a visit to her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. Ellis, Kopua. Mr H. Hawke, Postal Supervisor at Tauranga, has been appointed to the vacancy created by the transf er of Mr. W, A. Sawyer, postmaster at Waipawa, to Marton. Mr. Sawyer _ will take up liis new duties as from Mouday next.
