Mr Spiiler to Med: Gisborne Club on Wednesday Consideration of the Gisborne Thirty Thonsand Olub's objection to the payment of £100 prize-money to 'Miss Hawke's Bay and East Coast" (Miss Loila Sherborne, Waipawa) will be given next Wednesday evening, when the seeretary of the Napier Thirty Thousand Olub, Mr S. P. Spiller} and Hr Jack Harris, a member of the club will visit Gisborne. Mr' Spiiler has received the following letter fiom the Gisborne Thirty Thousand Club: — "I have to acknowledge your letter of the 21st. instant, and your offer to visit Gisborne together with Mr Harris. My executive met yosterday afternoon (January 22) and agreed to acCept your offer to meet them and also the belle representatives and any others who are interested. "The meeting is to be held next Wednesday, the 27th. at 7.30 p.m. and will probably be held in the Borough , Council
