WAIPAWA, Jan. 25. For gieneral health reasons it has been decided to postpone the Returned Soldiors' picnie (representative of all Ha^ke's Bay branches) which was to have been held on Coronation Park, Waipawa, on February 14. A further meeting of the executive will be called as soon as the position in regard to the epidemic improves.
