INSULTING BEHAVIOUR
Charged with insulting behaviour toWards a young girl on the MaTine Parade, Allan Beauwater, a labourer, of Napier, was fined £3 with 12/- costs when he was charged with the offence before Mr J. Miller, S.M., in the Napier Magistrate's Court yesterday. Detective-Sergeant H. Nuttall conduct* ed the case against accused, who waa represented by Mr C. W. Nash.
