Decelerating, he drew up, and the inspector's car pulled alongside, then stopped in front of him. With his mind Still une'asy the motorist waited for what he thought was the inevitable question as to "What speed do you think you're doing?" His feelings can be imagined when the "gentleman of tho road" approached, and in the true splrit of being a guide and mentor to motorists, polite- • ly inquired, '"'Do you know your taillight's not on?/'
