WAIROA) Jan. 21. / Pleading guilty to charges of being an idle and disorderlv person with no visible means , of support, and with stealing a pair of shoos, two packets of bi«cuits and a razor valiied at 17/6, Basil Charles Morgan, aged 23, appeared in the Magistrate's Oourt before Messrts J. W. B. Macdonald and V. E. Winter, J.P.'s. He was sentenced bn the first charge to two monthe ' imprisohment and one month on the se- ' cond, the terms to be concurrent.
