(Keceivfid 21, 11.0 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 20. Wreaths from all parts of the world arrived at Windsor Castle this morning on the anniversary of the death of King George V. Special prayers were offered for the late King at St. George 's Chapel and af terwards wreaths fro mthe King and Queen, Queen Mary, the Duke of Gloucester and the Duke of Kent were placed oj> the coffin.
