Turning Point in Foreign Policy ■ (Received 21, 10.15 a.m.) PARIS, Jan. 20, Official circles are pleased at Mr Eden's speech. M. Blum's newspaper, "Populaire," declares that it constitutes an event of the 'highest importance. British foreign policy has reaehed a turning point and an essentiql faetor of it is closer co-operation with democratic France. The rest of the Press contends that if Signor Mussolini and General Goering counted on British support for their policies in the Mediterraneau and Spain they must be disappointed.
