Trapped in Burning Building
Trapped in a converted residence lacking a iire eseape. a New York liurse was burned to death and another gravely injured. Several were rescued spectacularlv. A milkman ainohg tho speetators who saw a nurse prepare to jump from ,a third floor window shouted to her to wait while he grabbed a blanket. which was held with the aid of three others. The nurse jumped, tore through the blanket and hit the pavement, f racturing her spine and skull.
