^ In the course of a discussion on the Shops and Oiffices awards at last night's meeting of the Hastings Chamber of Commerce, it was mentioned tliat employers were bound, under the Act to see that members of their staffa ' belonged to a union, and that the onus was on tlie employer to see that his •it.aff were finafieial members of the union.
