Railway Excursion Canceiled. Because of the wet weather, the iailvvay excursion from Cross Creek, at the foot of the Rimutakas, to Napier ( during the week-end was canceiled. There will be two excursions next week-end, one from Napier to Wellington and the other from Wellington to Napier. The Wellington-Napier train leaves on Thursday night aud the Napier-Wel-lingjbon train on Friday night. Both return to their respeotive destination® on , Stinday^
