Tbe neWspaper alleged tbat Fenton was piloting a plane "wbicb was tbe property of the Commonwealtb Government and wbicb be was forbidden to use by tbe Commonwealtb Government. Dr. Fenton, wbo is tbe Nortbern Territory doctor, claimed tbat tbis implied theft, wbereas tbe machine was bis own propLerty. All tbe Commonwealtb did was to insist on installation of an additional tank wbicb be bad no timo to arrange. He also bad no time to arrange for permits to fly over otber countries.
