* WATERS OF RIVER RISING. HANKOW BELIEVED SECURE,. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) SHANGHAI, June 17. The waters or me Tangtsee River are two feet higher than at- the same date in 1931. It is believed Hankow ia unlikely to be flooded, though rears are expressed for the -safety of other areas with the flood season some weeks longer to run. It is feared the dykes built in connection with relief works will not stand a further rise.
