NOTICE OE INTENTION TO MAKE AND LEVY GENERAL RATES FOR 1933-1934. ■pU'BLIC Notice is. hereby given that in- pursuance and exercise' of the powers vested in it in that behalf by “The Rating Act 1925,” and by the “Counties Act, 1920,”, and amendments thereto', it is the intention of the Conn • cil of the County of Hawera at the regular meeting of the said Council to be held at the Council Chambers, Princes Strec-t, Hawera, at 10.30 a.m. on SATURDAY, the Sth day of July, 1933, to make and levy the following General Rates on the basis of the Ca.p ital Value of all rateable property within the respective Ridings of the County as follows: — HAWERA RIDING (Outlying Di» tri'ct), lid in the £. MOKOIA RIDING, Id in the £. ARARATA RIDING, Id in the £. Such Rates shall be for the period commencing on the Ist. day of April 1933, and ending on the 31st day or March, 1934, and shall become payable ia one sum to the County Treasurer at the County Office, Princes Street, Hawera, on the 9th day of August, 1933.
