(British Official Wireless.) Deceived 1.5 p.in. to-day. RUGBY, June 15. The by-election at Altrincham, caused bv the elevation of Mr Atkinson to he High Court judge, resulted: Sir Edward Grigg (National Conservative), 25,392; P. M. Oliver (Liberal), 15,892; J. H. Hudson (Labour) 8333.
