The allocation of the proceeds of the “Luck at Last” art union, for which tickets are at present being sold, was announced by tlie Minister of Interna.’ Affairs, the Hon. J. A. Young, tonight. Included in the distribution will be £IO,OOO for tlie relief of dis tress throughout New Zealand. The remainder of the proceeds will be distributed as follows: £IOOO for tlie Wellington Commercial Travellers’ and Warehousemen’.s Association mortuary fund, £250 for the Rev. T.
