‘CASTLE HILL’i AIEET
One kill rewarded the field at the meet of the Egiiiont-Wanganui Hunt Club at Air G. V'. Pearce’s homestead, “Castle Hill,” at Kakaramea last ■Saturday. Glorious weather following on a. very heavy frost in the morning made the day ideal for hunting, and followers both mounted and in cars en.jo.yed the afternoon in the sunshine. When hounds were called in at 4 o’clock Air and Airs G. A r . Pearce and Airs Richardson entertained the members and friends at afternoon tea at the homestead. Before leaving for home Dr. W. T. Simmons, as master, thanked Air and Airs Pearce and Airs Richardson for their hospitality, and Alessrs Hall, Hamblyn, Fowler, Forbes, Dwyer, Saunders and AVatt brothers for the use of their properties for hunting over.
