ZAGHLUL’S MANIFESTO. BY CABLE—PRESs ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received Dec. 30, 10.45 a.m. CAIRO', Dec. 29. A strong bid for popular support was made in a Wafd signed by Z'agliLul,- in which he condemns Ziwar’s unconstitutional acts in defiance of public opinion, and particularly denounces the dissolution and the modification of the electoral law, and accuses the Government of interfering with the freedom of elections. The manifesto concludes by declaring that the Government will be held responsible for its actions and the consequences thereof.
