ACQUITTED ON MURDER CHARGE. BY CABLE—PEERS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT (Received Dec. 30, 11.50 a.m.) > NEW YORK, Dec. 29. After sixty hours’ deliberation the jury trying Kiel McCoy at Los Angeles for the murder of Theresa Mors stood seven to five for acquittal, several -jury women holding out for hanging. McCoy testified that the woman committed suicide in his presence before he could prevent her.
