At -present the Amalgamated Wireless, Ltdforwarded a daily message, .up to 100 words, addressed only to ships manned by operaLotr.s employed by the Amalgamated. Other ships were not- allowed to. receive or use the message. Tlie Postal Department- lias now, arranged to forward nightly, except on Sundays and holidays, about 2GO words of. Dominion news, and: no. restriction will be placed on reception or use. '
