SEARCH FOR OIL.
IN NEW GUINEA. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received Dec; 24, 1.20 p.m. 'SYDNEY, Dec. 24. An expedition to explore the Sepik Valley, in the mandated territory of New Guinea, for oil will, leave Sydney snortly. Permission lias been given to search over a thousand miles of territory. It is expected* that the expedition will last twelve months, and null be in wireless communication with Sydney all the time.
