LOS ANGELES, Dec. 10. District Attorney Kempley announced to-day that he was investigating report* that sensational incidents had preceded the recent death of Thos. Ince, one of Hollywood’s leading producers. 1 ( Stories of the happenings at a wild party aboard the yacht Oneida during a short cruise in the Pacific have reached the police. luce’s nurse testified that he drank too much had liquor aboard the yacht, and practically died of alcoholic poisoning. According to nublished; reports the guests on the yacht included William Randolph Hearst, the, newspaper proprietor, Marion Davies. Zena Owen, another actress, and Elinor Glyn, of “Three Weeks” fame..
