REPORT NOT CONFIRMED. BY jCABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIG HT (Received Dec. 24, 11.45 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 23. Regarding a-report from Sydney that the British Government has* endorsed a scheme of licensing the Dominions to export meat to Britain in, a quantity sufficient to make: up the home-grown deficiency, it is learned authoritatively that while the Government is . sympathetic towards the scheme a definite 'decision is unlikely until the matter has been considered by th© Food Commission.
