The Government Meteorologist telegraphs that for 24 hours from 9 n.m. to-dav the indications are for westerly winds, moderate to strong, and oacking by west to south. The weather ■ will nrobably wove squally and changeable. Rain probable, and weather cooler. Barometer rising soon. Sea and tides considerable.
