(Jn Friday the gang raided a email tOAvn named Valley \ ieAv, fifty miles north of FortAA’orth. 'They arrived before daylight- in three motor-cars and bound the town’s single policeman. They blew open the safes of the two banks, then started a fire which destroyed nine buildings. Citizens helplessly watched the gang depart, firing a fusillade as they traA r ersed the streets with booty valued at £40,000. The loss caused by the fire they started is estiniated at £30,000.
