With the approach of the Christina® holidays and the. consequent restricted liquor supply, owing to the greater demand, New York has been visited by “fin epidemic of alcoholic poisoning. The tenth victim since Sunday died to-day at Bellevue Hospital, bringing the month’s total of deaths to- 26. Twentv other patients are threatened with the loss of sight and eleven more are expected to die.
