DANCING AND PICTURES.
UNDESIRABLE EFFECT. SCHOOL PRINCIPAL’S STATEMENT CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. 18. ‘Too much dancing and a wrong class of moving pictures are having an undesirable .effect oil scholars,’’ said Mr. A. K. Anderson, principal of St. Andrew’s College, -a.t the breakup last evening. He advocated dancing for young people only two or three times a year, as . they used to. Another necessity was a limitation of pocket money.
