EXTENSIVE THEFTS.
NATIVES SENT TO GAOL. (BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. GISBORNE, Dec. 17. A native named Tahuka Piripiri was at Tokomaru Bay committed to the Supreme Court for sentence for forgery and on four charges of horsestealing ; also with another native, Peta Panapa, lie was sentenced to three months in Gisborne gaol on seven charges of theft.
