FRANCES INTENTIONS. BY CABLE—PEESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIG HT, Received Dec. 15. 1.25 p.m. PARIS, Dec. 14. Le Journal states that in the course of a conversation With elemental (Minister of. Finance) yesterday, Mr Chamberlain stated that the British Government would reserve its decision in regard to the Geneva protocol until the Dominions were consulted, elemental declared that France had no intention of settling her debts with America with r out consulting Britain.
