(Received Dec. 15, 1.30 p.m.) CAPETOWN, Dec. 14. The survivors of the Cigale, which was wrecked, have reached Mauritius. A priest on the doomed vessel pronounced the benediction. The women were marvellously heroic and knelt with rosaries in tlieir hands oil a raft surrounded by sharks. A tin of sardines was the only food they had for three days.
