RAILWAY BALLOT
DELEGATES TO CONFERENCE. (By Telegraph.—Special to the Star.) WELLINGTON, Dec. 13. The count of the Amalgamated Society of Railway Servants’ ballot for the election of conference delegates has been completed by the returning officer, Mr. Walter J. Nash. The declared results are as follows: —
Northern district (North Island): Tlios. G. Glasgow, Thos. Stanley, Frank J. Carr, Michael J. Carr,-Jacob Elliot.
Southern district (North Island): Richard Hampton, Jas. L. Churehouse John Bell, Ernest C. Pepperell, O. T. Carlyle.
Northern district (South Island): Wm.- J. Elliott, Harry R. Priest, S. Scholfield, Robt. A. Rose, Robt. W. Alexander.
Southern district (South Island): John C. Thomson, Wm. D. Wilson, and Andrew Melville.
