FASCISTS’ FEAR.
MUSSOLINI’S ADVICE. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT (Received Dec. 2, 2.10 p.m.) w v ROME, Dec. 1. Mussolini, in a message to local Fascist executives, declares that a revision of the party’s moral, mental and political position is necessary, though he deprecates attaching excessive importance to the changes in public opinion. Mussolini says the impression resulting from the recent 1 incidents must be effaced. The people supported the Fascists, thinking it would re-establish order. , This confidence must not be abused. Discreditable elements, whatever their past sei vices, must be eliminated, as also must personal quarrels.
