TERRIBLE LOSS OF LIFE. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT MOSCOW, Nov. 27. Forty-eight lives and 1500 fishing boats were lost in a. storm in the Caspian Sea. Seven hundred fishing boats are reported to be still struggling to gain an exit from the ice. A special rescue expedition is being organised. •
