AN UNFIT IMMIGRANT. HOSPITAL BOARD’S /COMMENTS. (By Telegraph—Special to Star,)* WELLINGTON, Nov. 28. A 100 per cent unfit immigrant has been under the care of the Wellington Hospital Board, whose social committee reported that one of its cases was an unfit immigrant who had been sent out under approval of the New Zealand authorities at Home.
