Owen O’Neill, £l4 10s; W. J. Bright v. P. C. Waller, £8 ss; B. Haughton v. M. Storey, £1 ss; B. R. Long v. N. S. Campbell, £1 ss; same v. E. McMullen, £3 15s; Albert Vinten v. Thomas H. Burton, £33 ss; Curtis and Spragg v. C. Dyke, £8 18s; B. R. Long v. R. Brunett, ss; same v. G. Leaity, £1 10s; C. E. Brooke v. John Tuki, £1 16s 3d; B. Haughton v. H. Rama, £1 se; Emil Tobler v. Hopeta. £25 13s; Nellie Y. Thomas v. Percy Glennie. £6 ss. In the judgment summons case of C. E. Brooke v. Waka, the judgment debtor was ordered to pay £3B 17s lid, in default 30 days’ imprisonment.
