PARLIAMENTARY TOURISTS.
DOMINION DELEGATES. RETURN FROM SOUTH AFRICA. (by telegraph—press association. WELLINGTON, Nov. 25. Two of the four delegates from New Zealand. w r ho visited South Africa at the invitation of the South African branch of the Empire Parliamentary Association, Messrs A. F. Hawke, M.L.C., and J. Horn, M.P., returned from Sydney to-day. They were eulogistic of the courtesies extended them. Mr Hawke expressed the opiiiion that the Dutch and British wei% coining much closer together, and if General Hcrtzog remained in power for a few years the differences should almost disappear. South Africa would then be on the road towards becoming a great nation.
