y CUSTOMS OFFICER, FINED. (.BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. WELLINGTON, Nov. 25. At the Magistrate’s Court to-day Basil Warring, a Customs officer, was fined £25 for falsely assessing the Customs duty on some grama,phone records which he imported.
