GERMAN MONEY TO REBUILD, (BERLIN. Nov, 17, An interesting/item in reparation payments is disclosed in the Agent-Gen-eral's renort for September and October. This is/100,000 marks paid to Belgium for the restoration of the library at Lourain. Altogether 153,000,000 gold marks were paid over in the period to various creditor States.
