CLAIMS BEFORE THE COURT. ’(BY tELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. WELLINGTON, Nov. 22. The Arbitration Court reserved its decision in a case where the Boilermakers’ Union asked for an interpretation ■ of the award concerning work done during the day oil the Maori at Wellington and Lyttelton and travelling on the ship at night. The claim was that the workers were entitled to eight hours’ travelling time each night, Judge Fraser said, the claim was something quite novel and decidedly interesting.
